    The name Tiny-G was derived from "Tiny Giant", being that the members of the group are all very petite with an average height of 153 cm.
    Despite their small appearance, they are strong and fierce like giants. Tiny-G is your no average cotton candy-sweet idol group; they b-boy and ooze hip hop skill.

    Pre-debut, the group was featured on the show "Music & Lyrics", where they were gifted the song "Polaris", written by singer Jay Park and actress lee Si-young. Cha Cha Malone composed the instrumentals. After "Polaris" was released on May 5th of 2012, the group Tiny-G became one of the top searched items on Korean internet search engines.

    The girls then officially debuted in August of 2012 with the song "Tiny-G".

    Their followup song was "Meeny Miney Mo", which dropped in January of 2013.
